Refund policy

At Heathaven, we want you to feel comfortable with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. If your order arrives in separate shipments, this period starts when the last item is delivered.

To request a return, email heathaven.shop@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

Return eligibility

For our voluntary 30-day return policy, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and included accessories. Please provide your order confirmation or another proof of purchase.

These conditions do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Return shipping and fees

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original free shipping does not include free return shipping.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us.

Discounted items and bundles

Discounted products and bundle purchases remain eligible for returns under this policy. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for the returned items, including their allocated share of any discount.

Exchanges

Please contact us if you would like a different item. Where appropriate, we will explain how to return your original purchase and place a new order.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. We can cancel orders that have not yet been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible; you may still request a return under this policy.

Statutory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law. Where European Union withdrawal rules apply, you may withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Contact us with a clear statement of your decision. Statutory deadlines, refund requirements, and exceptions apply, and take precedence over conflicting terms in our voluntary policy.
