Welcome to Heathaven. These terms apply to purchases made through our online store and to your use of our website.
Orders and acceptance
You must provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information when placing an order. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee that every item is available.
If we cannot fulfill an order, or discover a material pricing or product-description error, we will contact you to explain the available options. If an order is cancelled, any payment collected for the cancelled items will be refunded.
Prices and payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and available discounts will be shown before payment.
We may update prices and promotions for future orders. These changes do not alter purchases already accepted.
Promotions and bundles
Bundle discounts apply only when the stated purchase requirements are met. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional discounts cannot be combined.
Refunds for discounted items are calculated using the amount actually paid, including the discount allocated to those items.
Product information
We aim to describe our products accurately. Product colours may look different depending on your screen settings. Photographs showing styling or accessories do not mean that every displayed accessory is included; please refer to the product description.
Product use and safety
Follow the instructions, electrical specifications, and safety warnings supplied with your product. Check compatibility with your local electrical supply before use.
Do not use a product with damaged wiring, a damaged controller, or other visible defects. Stop using it if it behaves unexpectedly and contact us.
