Shipping policy
Heathaven offers free standard shipping to the destinations available at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1β2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch
United States: 6β12 days.
Other supported destinations: 7β14 days.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may take longer because of customs inspections, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances affecting transport.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is free. If additional delivery options are available, their prices will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send the shipment details to the email address provided with your order. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.
Delivery addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact heathaven.shop@yahoo.com immediately. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or an unclaimed delivery, contact us so we can discuss the available options and any applicable redelivery costs.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are the customer's responsibility where permitted by applicable law. Free shipping does not mean that import duties or taxes are included.
Delayed, missing, or damaged deliveries
If your delivery is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
