Questions? We've got answers
?How fast does it warm up?
It starts warming as soon as you switch it on and is cosy within minutes. The thermostat then holds a steady temperature.
?Is it safe to sit on all day?
Follow the supplied instructions and recommended session length. The pad has thermostat control and automatic power-off. Keep it away from young children and do not use it while sleeping.
?Does it switch off by itself?
The heated chair pad has a built-in automatic power-off timer. You can also switch it off on the controller at any time.
?How is it powered?
This chair pad uses a wired controller and a wall socket. Check the electrical rating and plug supplied with your product before use.
?Will it work in my country?
Compatibility depends on the voltage and plug rating supplied. For help checking your destination before ordering, contact heathaven.shop@yahoo.com.
?How do I clean it?
Unplug it first, then spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or soak the heating pad, and let it dry completely before using it again.
Testimonials
Bought this for my Coworker, who’s always cold at her desk. She loves how cosy it feels and that it’s something she actually uses
My home office needed a little comfort, and this was such an easy upgrade. It makes sitting down to work feel much more inviting.
I’m always the chilly one, so this was a lovely find. It makes my chair feel warmer and softer whenever I settle in.
